Ah, yes its true, they will fade away - but some seeds will feed birds (and even mankind) and some will seed themselves and so life goes on..... Leaving behind a legacy of love and beauty is a fine goal to have... :iconkimberely:

You words, full of wisdom, remind me of Hamlet. What a beautiful comment, Mel: "leaving behind a legacy of love and beauty"... it is so nicely said, thank you very much for that! :iconflowerheartplz:

Over the last few years (actually since September 2009) I have had a (heaven sent) opportunity to re-evaluate my life and what is most important in it, for the future. I fully believe in LOVE – not only the (important) unconditional love one has for a beautiful partner, but also love of life, love of the peoples we share our lives with but also those who (directly or indirectly) we touch their lives. You may call this Agape Love – I call it Humanity… This is not an easy path, but I truly believe (like many) it’s the only path worth taking.

Over much the same period I have also been working real hard (mostly at my own cost) to develop an “innovative” and large project for an area of Southern Europe – because I believe that the project will enhance the lives of those that live and work there… And my guiding principle has been – and remains “Leaving behind a legacy of love and beauty” – something for generations to come to look at with pride and (yes) love!

Surely this is the only “truthful” way to look at life? Life without love is meaningless…. Thus my “by-line” - Balance is important – but love is essential…. :iconflowerheartplz:
